Queenz Like Me is dedicated to empowering girls ages 6–18 to know their worth, find their voice, and walk confidently in their purpose. We provide mentorship, leadership development, life skills, and a strong sisterhood where every girl is seen, heard, valued, and challenged to become the best version of herself.

Lacey Fincher
"Lacey Fincher — wife, mother of three, certified life coach, master stylist, and former truck driver — founded Queenz Like Me to empower girls ages 6 to 18. Drawing from her own life journey, Lacey is committed to helping every girl discover the greatness already inside her.
With a heart for youth and a passion for building confidence, self-worth, and resilience, Lacey creates a safe, supportive space where every girl feels seen, heard, and valued. Through mentorship, life coaching, leadership development, and life skills education, she guides girls to embrace their unique strengths and grow into confident, purpose-driven young women.
Her mission is simple: to ensure every girl knows that greatness already resides within her.
